Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge to run my portal?+
No. Everything — templates, colours, pages, member approvals, plans — is managed from your control panel. Custom domains need one DNS change, which we walk you through.
Can members pay me directly?+
Yes. You create your own member plans (e.g. Gold ₹2,999 / 6 months). Members see your plans and pay you; you activate the plan from the panel. Online payment gateway integration is on the roadmap.
Can I run an approval-based, community-only portal?+
Yes. Set registration to "Approval" and every new profile waits in your queue until you approve it. You can also require an invite code.
What about my existing member data?+
On Growth and Enterprise we import your existing profiles from Excel/CSV during onboarding.
Is the portal mobile friendly?+

Who owns the data?+
