Privacy policy

Each portal's member data is stored in isolation and belongs to that portal owner. MatrimonyDesign acts as a data processor and never sells or shares member data with other portals or third parties.

AI features send only the profile text needed for the feature to the configured AI provider (ours or the owner's own key). Photos are never sent to AI providers.

Owners can export or delete their portal data at any time from the control panel or by contacting support.
