Terms of service

MatrimonyDesign provides software to build and operate matrimony websites. Portal owners are responsible for the content, member data and legal compliance of their portal, including India's IT Act and DPDP Act obligations towards their members.

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from the control panel. Portals with unpaid invoices may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.

We do not permit portals that facilitate dowry demands, discriminate unlawfully, or publish false profiles. We may suspend such portals without refund.
